Escape rooms are the unique culmination of theater, engineering, and art. Our games are fully immersive, highly technical rooms. Upon arrival, your group will be greeted by one of our Game Masters and asked to complete a liability waiver prior to the game. For this reason we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your reservation. Your Game Master will explain all rules and game details to ensure that you have an enjoyable and safe gaming experience. During your game your team will be required to use logic and good communication skills to progress through the story. Players will have 60 minutes to complete the game and all its puzzles.

No. The doors to the game rooms will be unlocked at all times. You are free to leave the rooms at any point.

We advise that players are at least 10 years old due to some game elements that could be considered frightening to young children. Any group of minors MUST be accompanied by at least one 18+ person for the entire duration of their reservation.

Our parking availability is limited and we cannot guarantee parking spaces. Additional parking is available on William St. or Memorial Blvd for 3 hour increments. During summer months, expect parking to be heavily metered and more challenging to find.

Community discount tickets are intended for university students, teachers, first responders, military personnel, and nurses. Players must provide valid identification that verifies their qualification for this discounted price. This discount will be applied in person when payment is finalized. This discount is offered per person, per ID presented.

Groups that wish to reschedule may do so if they call at least 24 hours in advance. If given less than 24 hours notice, we charge a $25 rescheduling fee. We do not issue refunds for canceled or missed games. Please be sure to arrive on time to ensure you have a full 60 minutes of game time.
